Delivery

You are waiting for your delivery but have to be absent, you can contact our Customer Service on the Contact Us page which can either postpone your delivery or offer to deliver your package to a neighbour.

You can then click on the link "Forgotten password" and fill in your e-mail so that it can be reset.

Please contact our Customer Service Department by contacting us at the time of delivery, if you find that your item is defective or damaged.

In your customer area, you can add multiple delivery addresses, very useful if you wish to make a gift.
After logging in to your account, click on "Information" and "Addresses" and you will be able to add a shipping address.

Once confirmed, we do not accept order changes, so be sure to check your order carefully.

We offer delivery all across Canada. If you wish to have your order shipped in Europe or the United-States, we invite you to visit our respective websites, www.kadolis.com or www.us.kadolis.com.

The delivery time varies according to your address. Our warehouse is located in Montreal, the closer you live to this location, the faster you will receive your order.

Our deliveries are generally made within 2 to 6 business days, Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm.

We offer premium delivery for all orders delivered in Montreal to an address whose postal code begins with H. Delivery time is estimated for the same day if the order was placed in the morning, or the next day if the order was placed in the afternoon. (Excluding weekends)

We try to reduce our packaging and our shipments as much as possible for ecological reasons. We have designed packaging that allows us to group several products in a single box so that you can be delivered in one go, in a single package. It is possible in rare cases that the delivery is made in several packages.

We offer free returns up to 100 days from the date you received your order. You can choose between getting a refund or making an exchange. The returned item must be shipped back in its original packaging, unwashed and within the 100-day period. The return delivery costs are fully borne by Kadolis. For more details, refer to our Returns and Refunds section.

You can check the status of your order from your customer account. When your order status changes, you will be notified by email.
